Precision, know-how and pleasure in innovation characterise Geberit products and systems, and have been creating quality of life for generations since 1874. Know-how from Switzerland stands for quality and perfection right down to the final detail. And it also means a maximum of economic efficiency and sustainability.
Everything that Geberit develops and produces offers a maximum of reliability, economic efficiency and sustainability. This is not an empty promise; because every product must first of all convince us that it meets these criteria. Until it does so, it does not come onto the market. Geberit products and systems are used all over the world – from Spitzbergen to Australia and from small weekend houses through to the largest and tallest buildings in the world. These are the fruits of well thought-out system technology that gives architects and building owners complete planning freedom.
Please Note: The majority of Geberit Products are in stock. However, rarely, products may be out of stock with the manufacturer. This can increase the lead time from purchase date.
In this circumstance, a member of our customer service team shall contact you to inform you of the delay. If you are unhappy or are unable to wait, then we will cancel & immediately refund the order.

All of our products are accurate in the stated delivery times, and they are constantly monitored and updated to accommodate any changes.
Whilst we do have a large warehouse, due to the sheer volume of styles, sizes & variations that is associated with bathroom products, we do also have to order directly from the manufacturer in many cases.
The delivery time will be stated on the product page which is the total time from placing the order and receiving the item.
We strongly recommend you do not book plumbers or tradespeople on the strength of delivery dates or time frames, and we recommend you receive and check items from us before any preparatory work is taken.
We cannot be liable for any costs incurred by problems with delivery.
We will do our absolute best to answer your question. We have an experienced technical team, with additional Showroom experienced members on hand. However, for very detailed technical information, contacting the manufacturer may sometimes be a better option.
