Reina Orne Dry Electric Stainless Steel Designer Heated Towel

The Orne dry electric towel warmer is yet another design-led innovation from Reina, combining style and functionality to great effect. The Orne consists of 3 curved bars that are all able to pivot/swivel individually – so there’s plenty of room to hold towels and garments of varying sizes. This model includes a dry electric element; there is no liquid required in the rail, and it does not need to be plumbed in to a heating system. All wiring is concealed within the rail and brackets to give a seamless finish.

Product Features

  • Premium quality designer towel rail with 3 x individual pivoting bars
  • One size available: 750mm (H) x 550mm (W) with a 50w element
  • Includes dry electric element – eco-friendly solution with no leaks and no plumbing required
  • Dry electric element uses significantly less energy than a liquid-filled electric rail
  • Designed to be turned on/off by an external switched spur socket (not included)
  • Constructed from premium quality stainless steel with a highly polished surface finish
  • includes wall-mounting brackets and fixings required for installation
  • IPX4 rated; Class I insulation
  • Designed for electric-only installation – not as part of a central heating system
  • 2 year guarantee provided by the manufacturer

Which Valves do I need?

Choosing your radiator valves can be a little confusing. Here is a guide for you to find the correct valves for your radiator:

Pipe Work from the Floor

If the Radiator has Side Connections, you will need a set of Angled Valves

If the Radiator has Underneath Connections, you will need a set of Straight Valves

Pipe Work from the Wall

If the Radiator has Side Connections, you will need a set of Angled Valves

If the Radiator has Underneath Connections, you will need a set of Angled or Corner Valves

Thermostatic or Manual?
Thermostatic valves have an in-built thermostat. This means that the valve will detect the air temperature in the room and adjust the temperature of the rail accordingly. For example if it was a hot summers day and the valve was set to the highest temperature setting, it would automatically lower the temperature demand from the boiler in an attempt to save costs.

Manual valves simply operate at the set temperature all the time. Generally thermostatic valves will have a higher upfront cost (due to the additional technology), but are designed to save money in the long run.
