Which Valves do I need?
Choosing your radiator valves can be a little confusing. Here is a guide for you to find the correct valves for your radiator:
Pipe Work from the Floor
If the Radiator has Side Connections, you will need a set of Angled Valves
If the Radiator has Underneath Connections, you will need a set of Straight Valves
Pipe Work from the Wall
If the Radiator has Side Connections, you will need a set of Angled Valves
If the Radiator has Underneath Connections, you will need a set of Angled or Corner Valves
Thermostatic or Manual?
Thermostatic valves have an in-built thermostat. This means that the valve will detect the air temperature in the room and adjust the temperature of the rail accordingly. For example if it was a hot summers day and the valve was set to the highest temperature setting, it would automatically lower the temperature demand from the boiler in an attempt to save costs.
Manual valves simply operate at the set temperature all the time. Generally thermostatic valves will have a higher upfront cost (due to the additional technology), but are designed to save money in the long run.

Radiators which are a non-stock item or require a special colour finish, please allow 20-30 working days for delivery. Stocked finishes will be listed under the Colour Options selection.
On rare occasions, some stocked items may also be out of stock. In this circumstance, a member of our customer service team shall contact you to inform you of the delay. If you are unhappy or are unable to wait, then we will cancel & immediately refund the order.

Please Note: The services above are used as soon as we receive the item from the manufacturer. If the item is labelled as In Stock then the service will be used if ordered before our cut off time which is 3pm. Please use the Delivery Time shown on the product for the delivery window from time of order until receiving the item.
Small items are primarily sent with DPD before 12am. However sometimes the boxes are too large and must go with Parcel Force 24 hour (9am-5pm delivery time slot).
Large items with a height that exceeds 1500mm or up to 3 metres girth combined may have to be sent on a Parcel Force 48 Large express delivery.
Heavy items sent via a Pallet Service will be delivered as close to the property as possible but will not be taken off the pallet or brought inside the property by the delivery driver. We advise a minimum of 2 able-bodied persons to accept the delivery and carry the goods inside. You are responsible for checking the items on delivery to ensure you are satisfied with them.

On the My Account page you are able to select an order once placed, and it is automatically updated once items have been shipped. You can also view your order history and print invoices.
Our orders are shipped with Parcel Force, DPD or TPN Pallets.
When your order is dispatched, you will be emailed with a consignment number & tracking link from the courier, which can be used to track your parcel.
Our Goal
At RSF, we strive to ensure that all expected standards are met in regards to delivery, leaving you with a hassle-free, seamless experience online.
All of our products are accurate in the stated delivery times, and they are constantly monitored and updated to accommodate any changes.
Whilst we do have a large warehouse, due to the sheer volume of styles, sizes & variations that is associated with bathroom products, we do also have to order directly from the manufacturer in many cases.
The delivery time will be stated on the product page which is the total time from placing the order and receiving the item.
Advice
We strongly recommend you do not book plumbers or tradespeople on the strength of delivery dates or time frames, and we recommend you receive and check items from us before any preparatory work is taken.
We cannot be liable for any costs incurred by problems with delivery.
