Whilst we do have a large warehouse, due to the sheer volume of styles, sizes & variations that is associated with bathroom products, we do also have to order directly from the manufacturer in many cases.
The delivery time will be stated on the product page which is the total time from placing the order and receiving the item.
We strongly recommend you do not book plumbers or tradespeople on the strength of delivery dates or time frames, and we recommend you receive and check items from us before any preparatory work is taken.
We cannot be liable for any costs incurred by problems with delivery.
We will do our absolute best to answer your question. We have an experienced technical team, with additional Showroom experienced members on hand. However, for very detailed technical information, contacting the manufacturer may sometimes be a better option.

Mirror cabinet comes with Chrome finish – Please choose options if Black or Brushed Brass trim is required.
The Vanquish cabinet includes all our best features including integrated charging points for razors and toothbrushes, heated pads to help reduce condensation and an LED border with colour temperature changing lighting.
Light up the room with Vapor. As you step in front of the beautifully designed mirrored doors, a proximity sensor activates radiant LED illumination and internal heated pads, which stay on for five minutes after you move
away. This means you can light up your mirror, jump in the shower, and come back to mist-free glass. Ambient
lighting under the cabinet adds an additional sense of luxury for an atmospheric look and feel.
