From concept to showroom, at Merlyn Showering it's all about Passion, to be Precise Innovation is at the core of everything they do. They constantly strive to improve and perfect each and every product they manufacture. They have their finger on the pulse of shower design, and they also respond to what customers and retailers ask for. Their Designers spend approximately 12 months creating and fine tuning each Merlyn piece to ensure the materials and design aesthetics are best in class before manufacturing begins. Their attention to detail means that every aspect of their products are crafted to perfection. And they revisit their products frequently, to ensure your Merlyn Shower is top of the class, all of the time.
Please Note: The majority of Merlyn Products are in stock with the manufacturer. However, at times, items may be out of stock. This can increase the lead time from purchase date.
In this circumstance, a member of our customer service team shall contact you to inform you of the delay. If you are unhappy or are unable to wait, then we will cancel & immediately refund the order.

Small items are primarily sent with DPD before 12am. However sometimes the boxes are too large and must go with Parcel Force 24 hour (9am-5pm delivery time slot).

All of our products are accurate in the stated delivery times, and they are constantly monitored and updated to accommodate any changes.
Whilst we do have a large warehouse, due to the sheer volume of styles, sizes & variations that is associated with bathroom products, we do also have to order directly from the manufacturer in many cases.
The delivery time will be stated on the product page which is the total time from placing the order and receiving the item.
We strongly recommend you do not book plumbers or tradespeople on the strength of delivery dates or time frames, and we recommend you receive and check items from us before any preparatory work is taken.
We cannot be liable for any costs incurred by problems with delivery.
We will do our absolute best to answer your question. We have an experienced technical team, with additional Showroom experienced members on hand. However, for very detailed technical information, contacting the manufacturer may sometimes be a better option.
