BC Designs prides itself on quality, innovation, and originality. Started in 1999 by British designer, Barrie Cutchie, who has been at the forefront of bathroom innovation and design for over thirty years, BC Designs has become a well respected design house that offers beautifully crafted products in all areas of the bathroom market. Our focus is on timeless, authentic design that holds its own in the bathroom market. From period reproductions to cutting edge originals, BC Designs has it all. Their bathroom collections and freestanding baths have been imitated, but never matched the world over and include unique materials such as Cian® and Acrymite®.
Delivery location will play a factor as our baths need to be palleted or delivered by our own drivers.
Please Note: The majority of BC Designs products are always in stock. However, rarely, products may be out of stock, this can increase the lead time from purchase date.
In this circumstance, a member of our customer service team shall contact you to inform you of the delay. If you are unhappy or are unable to wait, then a full refund will be offered or a product exchange.

On the My Account page you are able to select an order once placed, and it is automatically updated once items have been shipped. You can also view your order history and print invoices.
Our orders are shipped with Parcel Force, DPD or TPN Pallets.
When your order is dispatched, you will be emailed with a consignment number & tracking link from the courier, which can be used to track your parcel.
At RSF, we strive to ensure that all expected standards are met in regards to delivery, leaving you with a hassle-free, seamless experience online.
All of our products are accurate in the stated delivery times, and they are constantly monitored and updated to accommodate any changes.
Whilst we do have a large warehouse, due to the sheer volume of styles, sizes & variations that is associated with bathroom products, we do also have to order directly from the manufacturer in many cases.
The delivery time will be stated on the product page which is the total time from placing the order and receiving the item.
We strongly recommend you do not book plumbers or tradespeople on the strength of delivery dates or time frames, and we recommend you receive and check items from us before any preparatory work is taken.
We cannot be liable for any costs incurred by problems with delivery.
We will do our absolute best to answer your question. We have an experienced technical team, with additional Showroom experienced members on hand. However, for very detailed technical information, contacting the manufacturer may sometimes be a better option.
